The
Gas Foodservice Equipment Network, an Energy Solutions Center
Consortium, held its 2010 Customer Care Workshop – “Natural Gas – Cooking up
Greener Solutions” on April 20-21, 2010 at the
CenterPoint Tower, 13th Floor, 1111 Louisiana Street, Houston,
Texas.
The
one and a half day workshop utilized a combination of industry professionals and equipment manufacturers to present
different new and innovative energy efficient technologies, as
well as different approaches to market natural gas to food
service operators and work to change perception to that of
natural gas being the greenest choice.
Attendees
also were able to talk with leading foodservice equipment
manufacturers and learn about new energy efficient gas fired
equipment.
